As the transaction's intricacies unfolded, I took on the role of project management, overseeing the data preparation for asset and share deal structures and participating in regular meetings with key players, including Michelin's legal department and global M&A team.

My role was pivotal in guiding a variety of transaction structures, culminating in a successful share deal that was in line with the envisioned long-term strategy and beneficial to customers and employees.
